Chasing Thunder

Scott Pommier is a talented photographer from Vancouver who has been working on a new book titled 'Chasing Thunder'. Many shots from the book can be seen on Scott's blog which is continuously updated, showing a new shot every week or so. The series of photographs have a vintage photojournalist feel and the captivating subject matter focuses on choppers, bobbers and motorcycle parts. 4Q Conditioning features heavily in the shots, which is no surprise, especially with Scott's background of shooting skateboarders. Scott began his interest in photography when he started using his mother’s semi-automatic SLR to take pictures of his friends skateboarding. Since then, he has shot covers for every major skateboarding publication and now divides his time between his position as a senior photographer for SBC Skateboard magazine, a variety of editorial and commercial jobs, a book project to be completed next year, and spending more hours either behind the wheel or in front of the computer than he ever imagined possible. We are not sure when the book will be released but as soon as it does we will let you know.
