How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Within Australia there is a flat rate of $8 for deliveries. All Express Post bags can be tracked. Postage to NZ is $10 by registered mail. Postage to United States and Europe is $19 through a registered mail service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Although International airmail orders are obviously reliant on overseas postal services. We will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing orders but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

What payment methods do you accept?
At current, we accept online credit card payments and debit card payments using the worlds safest online payment method - paypal.
If you are not a paypal member you will need to sign up. Don't worry, it's worth it!
What is your return policy?
If you think your order contains a faulty product when first recieved, follow these steps:
1. Email scott@pipeburn.com within 24 hours of delivery of your order and advise us of the faulty product.
You must include your full name, address, product name and a picture of the faulty goods.
2. An address for returning the item will be provided to you via return email.
3. Return the item/s within seven (7) days. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of Pipeburn for FAULTY GOODS ONLY.
If you wish to return and exchange an item because of circumstances such as garment not fitting it will be your responsibilty to pay cost of returning the item for exchange (Shipping Costs). To do this, please follow these steps;

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Australian orders will usually be sent via Express Post the following day and should be delivered within 2 days. Overseas orders will be posted using registered mail and should arrive within one week. New Zealand orders will arrive within 3-4 days.

What about Customs and International Duties Tax?
While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
