1954 ish Triumph, Norton, Bsa, Matchless Mainly Triumph Speed Twin

The frame is a 1954 triumph speed twin, it’s been extended in the rear by about three inches. The motor is a 52’ t100 with an early iron head. Wheels and tank are from a BSA, I used a matchless fender on the rear. Iv been told the girder forks are pre 50’ Norton.
There are lots of hand made brass pieces including the brake levers, wheel spacers etc. The seat is covered in some mega thick buffalo hide riveted on with copper rivers. This was my first bike build, I wanted to paint it all red to start with. Really pleased I left it in a raw metal state. It gets better with age.
