No professional shop build here. This was done with not so great tools out of my garage. It’s a ’71 R75/5 with a Harley Davidson front end that’s been lowered 1 inch. The subframe for the seat was removed along with the tabs to create the bobber seat. To leave the rear end somewhat open the dual shock setup was removed and a gave it the single sided monoshock setup. Some stiffening of the swingarm was necessary to prevent flexing. I tried to reconnect the old BMW wiring but gave up after a week and installed the Motogadget controller. No gauges…just bar end lights, tail lights and the crapy Harley headlight. It turned out looking ok though. Fun to ride.
