We are writing to you because we would like to present to you one of our Cafe Racer motorcycles, namely the Honda CB50 made for our client in Sofia. We redesigned the frame, installed new original rear shock absorbers and front suspension purchased in original Honda packaging manufactured by the factory in the 1970s, the shock absorbers were purchased as a replacement part, but the owner did not replace them long year, kept them in great condition for many years in his workshop in Germany, for which we are very grateful to him for deciding to provide us these parts and to provide them to us in original packaging. We named this project “Wood Master” because we completely handcrafted the seat, dashboard and front headlight by the 115-year-old oak beam found from an old dilapidated barn. After finishing the details, the finishing was done by applying several layers of OSMO Satin oil. For the front of the headlight we used the original Honda reflector and bracelet and for the dashboard we used the original Nippon Seiki odometer and speedometer. We used front and rear blinkers of m.blaze mini and m.switch by Motogadget. The grips were made of leather cord and we used stainless steel for the steps and exhaust system. We treated the tank inside with Fertan’s German product and applied the finishing touches with matte black paint and stainless steel bolts.
