1974 BMW R90/6

All metalshaping, fabrication, electrical and mechanical work was done by myself in my home based shop, with exception to powdercoat by Prodigy Coatings, and seat upholstery done in-house by my wife.

Body/Seat
-Handformed polished/brushed aluminum tank, fenders, fairing and seat.

-Rebuilt engine.
-Seibenrock 1000cc performance kit.
-Boyer Microdigital ignition.

-Titanium wrapped stainless pipes, 18” Cone Engineering mufflers.

Frame/Suspension/Wheels:
-Mono-shock conversion.
-New subframe.
-Removable frame braces.
-Textured satin black powder coat.
-GSXR 600 forks, Ducati Sachs rear shock.
-Cognito front hub, steering stem, and top triple clamp.
-Buchanon’s Stainless spokes.
-Original BMW aluminum rims, and rebuilt rear hub.
-Avon rubber.

Electrical:
-M-Unit with new harness.
-Shorai battery.
-Acewell Speedometer.
-Projector headlight.
-Led Lighting.

Controls:
Folding aluminum rearsets.
Billet aluminum clipons.
Billet aluminum momentary switches.
Domino dual-pull throttle.
Suzuki levers/master cylinder.
