Doner bike: 1974 Honda XL 250 Motorsport.
Custom loop hardtail welded to stock frame then stripped and clear powder coated.
Custom welded “Oil Tank” to hold battery and electronics. Attached to swing arm pivot point.
1976 xl250 Tank was stripped and polished.
Custom fenders from Cooper Smithing were cut down and re-welded and clear powder coated.
Handlebars were hand bent and welded to sleeves that were mounted on shock towers.
Inverted levers to hide cables and keep handlebars clean.
Exhaust is wrapped with electric bass guitar strings.
Headlight is vintage tractor light.
Vintage seat was modified to fit lines of bike.
Wheels were disassembled, rims and hubs powder coated.
