No piece was untouched. Some is subtle where most people wouldn’t notice, like the shaved front fork sliders and reshaped triple trees. Frame stripped to bare bones, added under seat tray to house all modern electrical (m-unit), tail loop added with custom removable tail cap (to accept a two up seat option) Custom seat pan, removable with no tools. Lithium battery relocated to rear of motor to keep it hidden. Kickstand relocated forward to clear exhaust and be hidden when up. Swing arm mounted splash guard fender. Tec Alloy shocks with my own RRH logo decals. I built custom rider & passenger peg mounts to accept H-D pegs(more options) Off the front fork is a aux driving light. The LED headlight is mounted to the lower tree with a custom mount since I wanted to get away from the typical fork mounts on cafe bikes. I do all of my own powder coating so on the engine covers, I hand scraped and/or taped off all the lettering to expose the raw aluminum. There are a ton of small details like these throughout the build.
The handlebars are internally wired utilizing an m-button, Nissan retro master cylinder, Koso speedo, m-blaze signals and finished off with my signature red right grip.
Aside from the paint and upholstery, the only thing I didn’t do myself was the incredible Stainless exhaust built by my buddy at Number 8 Wire Motorcycles.
