Spent 2 years riding from Sydney to my uncles shed near wisemans ferry (great ride) to build this bike. Started with a convo over a beer at a wedding “yeah bring her out we’ll strip it down. No problem!” Wanted something different so sourced a bike the same year as me as the starting point. Stripped it down, sand blasted, cleaned, painted everything except tank in the shed. Tank has a pop up cap. Wired it myself. Complete custom wiring harness. Led headlights. Front shocks rebuilt, ohlin rear. Braided wire brake lines. Brembo master, rebuilt calipers, new rotors high temp ceramic coated. High temp ceramic coated exhaust. New triple tree with built in mini scope. Bar end indicators. Led rear strip. Custom fiber glass seat pan and rear cowl. All electronics shoved in there. Crank linished, head reconditioned. Engine dry blasted. Polished in the wet blaster and ceramic clear coated. Took every single thing apart. And the best part is it sounds great, starts first go and rides awesome!
