This is the first scrambler we built, which is based on a 1982 Honda GL500 Silverwing. Bigger rear wheel, On/Off-road tires, different gas tank, new electrics, new suspension, new exhaust, headers warped, 3D printed stuff – it’s quite a massive transformation. I think it ticks all the boxes we are known for. For the design we were inspired by a mix of urban and off-road influences. We wanted the urban character of agile SUVs like the Volvo XC60. But also the flexibility for country and dirt roads.

The base bike was in pretty ban condition, so we really saved if from going to the junk yard. Also the frame didn’t have a title, so we swapped it to a less rusty one, which we could register. On the engine, the water pump was sealed with something like bathroom silicone – something every bike builder loves 😉 so we had to replace the seal there.
