The base bike was initially stripped of any unnecessary parts. With the engine still mounted into the frame everything was washed and polished with a drill and brush to create an original worn looking patina. The wheels were sprayed gloss black with an accent of gunmetal and the tank had a sprayed broad gloss black stripe added to lighten the visual weight. Most importantly was the custom fabrication of the seat and stripe combination to ensure the continuous sweeping line. Furthermore, since a Ducati style central under seat exhaust couldn’t be found, Nick made up this stainless steel beauty in his workshop and it sounds awesome! The finishing kit is a long list of after market parts sourced from Ebay.
