My first foray into electric bikes. I wanted to learn some new things and explore my own sense of the possible. Other than getting this beast working without electrocuting myself, I am proudest of the aluminum heat sink that I carved into a tank cover with the profile of an old Lyta sprint tank. It catches both the eye and the imagination and immediately tells the observer that this bike doesn’t run on petrol. It has a brawny look that fits perfectly with its tractor-like torque.
