1992 SR400 imported directly from Japan.
Top yoke cut to remove ignition switch and clock mounts.
Original rubber mounts removed and replaced with solid after yoke machining.
Frame de-lugged and cut back at the rear with new mudguard mounts added.
New section welded in under seat for battery box support.
Stock wheels stripped and rebuilt with stainless spokes, powder coated rims, and Shinko whitewalls.
Front forks stripped, rebuilt and lowered by 80mm.
Norman Hyde bars with Biltwell grips.
Standard switchgear retained, cleaned and refurbished, wiring routed through the bars and top yoke for clean look.
Harley Short Shocks fitted at the back, lowering the rear by 100mm.
Harley Sportster tank heavily tunnelled and worked to clear the oil filled frame. Rubber mounted with one-off filler neck and cap.
One-off speedo basket fabricated from stainless and mounted on the fork leg housing generic 60mm mechanical speedo.
Bespoke battery box fabricated containing battery, ignition switch, coil, CDI and reg/rec mounted underneath to keep it cool.
Motone rear fender cut to style, with adjustable mounts so it can be moved to fit wheel position following chain adjustment.
Handmade exhaust using welded preformed bends, welds smoothed and brush finished. with Danmoto conical silencer fitted.
Custom paint is Ford Focus RS grey and Old English white with black coachlines, laid down by Ian at Bulldog Bodyshop.
