The bike was built from the ground up. I decided to go with a rougher look to give some patina. The top end was rebuilt and every other mechanical part was serviced. All work was done myself with the help of some CAD (cardboard aided design). A custom sub frame was fabricated and the seat is a skate board deck. The padding is a two stage foam covered is genuine bear leather. As this bike did not come stock with any signals or brake lights, I used a Tusk enduro lighting kit for me electronics. The setup was easy and the stand alone battery lasts for about 6-7hours running non stop. The headlight and taillight still run off the original system and thus will still work as long as the bike is running.
The carb was rebuilt and rejected to give better response and to account for the extra airflow with the straight pipe exhaust and high flow air filter.
