This was the first build we did back in 2014. This is where it all began! This is our own bike. Me and my friend wanted to start customizing motorcycles and this bike actually was our first project. Back then we did wanted to play with the original look as we thought it was pretty good without changing it. But we did change the whole front end of the bike.
The head light is off a Sachs MadAss 125. The clip-on handle bar are from the 2005 Yamaha R1. The up side down front suspension is front the KTM Duke 390. The turn indicators are from the KTM Duke as well. A new bracket for the disc caliper was made and bushes were machined to have all the frankenstein setup work.
The tyres are changed. The front tyre is actually the stock rear and we went 140 in the rear with same Pirelli. We were lucky enough to find one. The exhaust is again fabricated and heat wrapped on the bend pipe. The engine covers are powder coated and the sub frame is chopped to match the seat cowl. The side panel was cut and a mesh was added to it. A completely new paint job was done to the bike. It also has a new speedometer and bar end mirrors.
