This model was an important part of visualizing the frame design for the real bike which would eventually be built out of aluminum. Each piece was carved out of round stock and bar stock using an angle grinder, a belt sander and a lathe. Each piece was polished and then repolished once assembled. I colorized the stainless with a torch to finish it off.
