Just found this photographer called Tony Starr from Melbourne, Australia through Speed Junkies (which is a fresh blog). He is the proud owner of a 1973 Honda CB350. But it was his photography that got me really excited…
We can’t get enough of vintage motorcycle t-shirts. Heres a couple of sites that we’ve found that stock some sweet tees. The first is called Motomania and are based in the Netherlands (website is a little confusing) and Nthro is in the States. Nthro stock the vintage Metro Racing collection from Ducati, Triumph, Norton, Moto Guzzi, Vincent and any other bike brand you can think of.
This is one hell of a hair part. I wish my hair looked like that after i take off my helmet. Unfortunately it looks more like this.
Just found this blog through the Deus Oily Rag. Its called Lovers Land. Its a blog about a few guys who dig motorbikes, art and surf. They are travelling the aussie coast with board racks attached to their w650’s. Its some of the coolest photography I have seen in a while. They even manage to work in some of their sponsors products without making it seem forced. Anyway I have the urge to go neck a few Corona’s, not sure why…
I just received some pics of my sr400 before it gets shipped out here. Looks like they have done a good job packing and wrapping. I’m sure there’s a lot that can happen between Japan and Australia. I have heard some horror stories about cars being filled up with water or bikes that look like they have been dropped by forklifts! Anyway, it still looks great at this stage.
I love vintage ads. When motorcycles were naked and woman were clothed. I wonder what happened to these girls? They are probably grandma’s now telling the grandkids how they were once a hot Norton motorcycle model. Wait a minute… is that you Nana?
Anyone else sick of hearing the words ‘tough times’, ‘financial crisis’ and ‘credit crunch’? Well we are. Lets stop friggin talking about it all day every day and build a big bridge and ride the hell over it. Heres the perfect ghetto bike for these hard times… made from hard wood. Just be careful smoking near it….

Found this custom shop in the UK that specialize in Honda Monkeys and Gorillas. They are called Monkey Bike (that explains it). They are not my style but I love some of the photos they have on their website. My favourite is the mean looking dude standing next to his hotted up monkey… now that is so bad ass buddy. Would be really funny to see a bikie gang that all ride these things… Maybe they could be called the Hells Monkeys?…
Harolds gear in Japan make some great vintage looking jackets and gloves. Theres more on their website if you like what you see. I love their tag line on the website “The goods always belong to vintage spirit”..It doesn’t really make sense but I understand it. Deus stock their leather gloves as well.
Found this awesome poster on motorcycleclassics.com. Its a limited-edition reproduction of the 1926 Milwaukee State Fair National Motorcycle Championship. Why dont they make posters like this any more?
