Industrial designer Alp Germaner from South Africa is well known for his Peugeot Capsule. A one person, off-road, electric vehicle inspired by the KLR 650 motorcycle. Although it’s his latest concept that is really turning heads. In true cafe racer style it is a stripped down motorbike geared towards speed and style. The rear suspension looks cool but we would have loved to see a more classic cafe racer shape (especially the seat). Overall it’s a bold design but not sure whether it would be welcomed at the Ace Cafe or Ton Up Club. For more pictures of this bike visit Industrial Design Served.

The CORE is a concept motorcycle designed and built by the Victory Motorcycles Industrial Design team to show what a performance cruiser of the future could look like. We like it because it consists of only the essentials: engine, frame, wheels and front suspension – no rear suspension. Oh and a mahogony wood seat (which is a nice balance to the aluminium frame).
Built around a Victory Freedom(r) 106/6 Stage 2 power plant (1731cc), producing 97 horsepower / 113 ft/lb, the CORE is a modern take on an American motorcycle. We like where they’re going with this concept (and its probably best on a highway). Less is more. Lets hope they start producing this unique cruiser.

BMW has unveiled a really nice new concept bike called the Lo Rider. One of the goals of this concept is to custom fit man and machine. Going well beyond accessories, the Lo Rider will offer a huge choice of components other than engine and chassis. Each bike can be customed straight from the factory. Great concept, hope they actually make it! Click here if you want to see the vid.
Found these pics and cant find any information on them. Only that they are designed by Porco Rosso which means ‘red pig’ in french Italian. There are more on Numero1 if you like what you see. The kawasaki zx10r looks like it could rip your arms off. I am happy to sacrifice my arms for a ride…
